Timberlake Church is a creative Christian church with a compelling vision—to make more and better disciples of Jesus Christ.   We are a church that has nearly 2,000 people attend each weekend. As one of the Seattle areas fastest growing churches, we're looking for exceptional leaders to grow with us in the adventure ahead. 

We are looking for men and women who are at least 17 years or older who have a clear calling to serve others and dare to do big things for the Kingdom of God. Our mission is to offer a clear, fast-paced and rewarding internship program that will equip interns to potentially be plugged in as volunteer leaders and staff roles in current and future Timberlake campus launch teams.

The program will be focused on teamwork and team chemistry to accomplish excellence in results, driven by each teammate’s personal calling to ministry. We place a high value on an attitude of humility, sense of humor, and the ability to work within a team environment. Previous ministry experience is not necessary but a plus.

We are now offering hands on training to our future leaders. Becoming an intern at Timberlake is a great way to develop your talents and skills and apply them in a way that is both challenging and extremely rewarding. Candidates should align with our values and mission, be influential amongst their peers, and be looking to specialize in one of the following areas:

Kids or Youth – Children’s ministry, Middle school and High school ministries

Logistics – Productions, Facilities, Hospitality, First impressions and Events

Worship – Video, Sound and Music  

Integration - Growth Groups & Discipleship

Media & Communications – Blogs, Creative Development and Graphic Design

The schedule is flexible, but the minimum we ask is one day a week plus all day Sunday. The primer program is between 2 and 3 months and introduces you to the basics and our philosophy of ministry. A paid senior intern position is available to those who qualify.
