When I think of how to describe my feelings of Timberlake Christian Preschool, it is difficult to express it in words. The first and most important that come to me, though, are peace of mind. I never worry about his safety or whether he is being taught things of which I approve. I have complete confidence in your curriculum and the experience and dedication of the teachers.
Connor always comes home happy, and worn out from playing so hard (which is great for nap time). He seems to remember and apply a lot of what he is learning and is so proud to show me his work. I really appreciate his teachers communicating with me and keeping me appraised of how Connor is doing and what they are covering in class. We really try to reinforce it at home.
Mostly, though, I am just so glad he is in a Christian teaching environment. Mimi, you should be so proud of what you have created in such a short period of time, and you are so blessed to have such a wonderful group of teachers working with you. I pray that all your efforts are appreciated by others and that your school continues to grow and excel. You offer excellence, and that is what our family has received.

When Ashton started at Timberlake, I was taking him out of a home daycare program that I just wasn't happy with. None the less, I was very nervous about the change and how Ashton would do/acclimate.
The first few days were somewhat difficult on him, but as I watched him on the video cameras, I noticed Miss Caroline holding him in her lap and rocking him back and fourth. My first interaction with the school was with the director, Mimi, who is incredible! After speaking with her it will be clear to you that she has an amazing passion for this school. She loves each one of the students and creates an environment for the children that would be worthy of her own. She will not hire a teacher that does not have a competent interview and impeccable references. It is not a surprise that my son came home each day inspired by his day at school. He developed a hunger for learning, an excitement for art, and increased skills and experimentation with music.
During your search, I encourage you to scout out your potential schools at drop off time. At TCP, you will find the children running to the doors like crazed monkeys that can’t get in fast enough! What a wonderful thing for a parent to see! On my son’s first day, he started crying when he saw me at pick up time because he didn’t want to leave. I took great comfort in the cameras in the classroom. It was fun to be able to check in on my son anytime and see how he was doing. It also helped us talk about his day afterward.
At Timberlake Christian Preschool, your child will have so much fun with a variety of awesome educational toys. He or she will be surrounded by positive peers during the day. The school will use books, toys, art, music, and physical activity to teach new things. My son came home each week and taught me a bible story and showed me the art projects that went along with it. You also will find teachers that not only stimulate your kids but become a friend of the parents. They are warm, genuine, helpful, and supportive. I only wish that when my family moved to Florida, I could have brought the school with me!
