PRESCHOOL TUITION & FEE SCHEDULE

September 2012 - June 2013

FULL DAY PROGRAM: (8:50am - 2:50pm)

HALF DAY PROGRAM: (8:50am - 11:50am)

Early Preschool (ages 2.5-3.5 years) Must be 30 months by August 31, 2012.
Non-refundable registration fee $175. Many students in EP are toilet-trained.

Preschool (ages 3-4 years) Must be 3 yrs by August 31, 2012.
Non-refundable registration fee $175. All students must be toilet trained. Tuition includes weekly Spanish class, Soccer with Lil' Kickers coaches 2X/month and Chapel.

Pre-K (ages 4-5 years) Must be 4 years by August 31, 2012.
Non-refundable registration fee $175. All students must be toilet trained. Tuition includes weekly Spanish class, Soccer with Lil' Kickers coaches 2X/month and Chapel.

• Tuition payment is ONLY accepted via automatic credit card billing or automatic Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or check. No Cash will be accepted.

• Tuition is due in full regardless of vacations, illness or school closures.

• A 10% sibling discount is given to families with more than one child enrolled in TCP simultaneously.

• Extra days may be granted, space permitting, for an additional fee. Part time days may not be traded for other times or days under any circumstances.

• Discounts do not apply to Fees.

• Tuition is due on the 5th of each month. A late fee of $10.00 per day will be charged after the 5th of the month. Late fees are charged to your account each day payment is late. Payment for all late fees is due when you pay your tuition. All families are expected to keep their accounts current.

EXTENDED CARE

Extended care is available to students before and after school between the hours of 7:30-9:00a.m. and 3:00-5:00p.m. Extended care is set at one monthly price, as parents with students enrolled in extended care may come and go as needed. Children will be under excellent supervision and engaged in a variety of activities such as games, arts and crafts, and free-play time.  Please pick up your children on time, no later than 5:00pm.

Note:  Current families are invited to reenroll for the following school year in January of each year.  Open enrollment (spaces become open to the public) begins the first of February.  To secure your child’s spot, required paperwork with registration fees must be submitted by the end of January.
