FAITH FORWARD AT THE ISSAQUAH CAMPUS

Timberlake Church launched its first campus in the Issaquah Highlands in September of 2011. The birth of the Issaquah campus officially established Timberlake Church as a multisite church. From September 2011 to July 2013, the Issaquah Campus found its home at the Grand Ridge Elementary School. As the campus continued to grow, we began meeting at the newly completed Regal Cinemas. This was an exciting new change!

Today, the Issaquah Campus continues to grow and be a vital part of our community. We have seen countless numbers of people make their commitment to follow Jesus for the very first time. Also, we have seen dozens of people take their Next Right Steps in baptism and mobilized 100’s of volunteers to serve our community through Habitat for Humanity, Tent City, Issaquah Food & Clothing Bank, Eastside Baby Corner and more!

As we continue to grow and develop as a vibrant community of faith, we will focus on three specific areas this next season:

1. THE NEXT GENERATION IS A PRIORITY

One of our church values is investing in the next generation. As such, we will continue to make the kids and students a priority. The re-imagining of our next generation spaces, will not only create a more inviting atmosphere, but it will also help kids of all ages to cultivate meaningful relationships with their peers, spiritual leaders, and God.

2. COMPASSION HOUSE

Located in downtown Issaquah, Compassion House offers transitional housing for homeless women who are recovering from trauma and domestic violence and who have two or more children. With your help and financial commitment, our very own Acres of Diamonds ministry will be expanding and acquiring Compassion House. We are excited to continue to show the love of Jesus and bring hope to women and children living in desperate situations.

3. MARGIN FOR WHAT'S NEXT

More than anything, our desire in FAITH FORWARD is that we will be spiritually energized and encouraged to take another obedient step forward in our individual generosity journeys. As a result of your faithfulness, we will not only be able to meet our operational and ministry budget, but we will be able to create margin for opportunities as God presents them.
